Very friendly staff, however unfortunately the services provided so far have been unsatisfactory. Incorrect filling material put into tooth, which required having to sit there to have it immediately drilled/removed and go through the whole process again. Teeth Whitening service (expensive) absolute shambles, failed to take correct impression of teeth which resulted in poor fitting and waste of product, on complaint i was offered 2 weeks product replacement which both parties agreed would resolve the problem.... However, when i went to collect them i actually only received 4 nights worth of product and conflicting direction of use. The dentist who provided these treatments has now left the company but the remaining staff have been unable to resolve my complaints. The director had the receptionist tell me he only provided this replacement on a good will gesture ...On the other hand no complaints with hygienist service.

A modern and well equipped practice, in a clean, comfortable and modern premises. All of the staff put you at ease and receptionists are friendly and helpful. David is easily the best Dentist I've had the pleasure of treating my many dental ailments. He is thorough, meticulous and gives a clear explanation of what he is doing and what is happening to your mouth.

Very pleased that I have at last found a good Dentist. The girl concerned is very professional, knowledgeable and puts one very much at ease.

Phoned as a emergency first thing and was seen a couple of hours later Friendly and welcoming. Needed a tooth out and was well looked after.

I have recently joined the practice as an NHS patient and am very happy with the service I have received so far. I was very nervous having not been to the dentist for a few years but Grace has done an amazing job in reassuring me and my teeth are feeling great!

Not impressed as a new client, paid for a consultation had to wait weeks for a appointment to get some urgent work done filling came out within two weeks so rang for another appointment and told I have to wait another 5-6 weeks for a appointment with a cracked tooth cutting in to my tongue that wasn't repaired properly. Avoid plenty of good practices in Portishead one managed to fit me in next day for a emergency appointment to repair there faulty work.

Sadly, after using this dentist for several years, we're going to have to look elsewhere. Out of all the times we've been, several times my wife and I have had procedures which have either been unnecessary (issue was misdiagnosed) or had unexpected after-effects. Each of those times we were given an explanation that the issue was irrelevant to the work of the dentists, despite the issues coincidentally occurring precisely when the procedures took place. Neither of these times were we offered any kind of recompense. Lost the trust and lost two customers because they wouldn't admit fault. Not happy.

After more than 50 years of seeing Private Dentists, I decided to try the new kids on the block at Ham Green. So today I travelled just 1 mile to Smile and Face. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile by Ally. As I was a new patient, there were the usual forms to complete, but from then on it was such a nice experience. I was shown to the practice room by Nurse Paige and introduced to Dr Emily Williams. Whilst this was only an examination because I am a new patient, I was impressed by their friendly attitude, the whole bright layout and strict Covid 19 controls. The examination was carried out in a very professional but easy manner, which was an encouragement to make me feel at ease and wanting to return for any treatment. On being guided back to the Reception area, I was greeted by a smiling Rachel who promptly booked my next appointment in just four days time, what a perfect result.
