Car recently in at the weekend for a service. Great customer service from start to finish. Health check received via phone (video) and a paper copy also handed to me. Washed and valeted on collection. Very happy.

Having been a loyal customer for the last 6 years and even sending business their way, I’ve been let down. We had a deal, I stuck to my side but apparently they can still moved the goalposts while waiting for the vehicle to be handed over. Then there was the drama of getting my deposit back. It took 3 weeks to get to me. Very poor customer service. I did however manage to get a much better deal elsewhere and would suggest people shop around at the other Ford Sales venues.

No parking places, so how do you look for a new car, useless
