Customer service is fantastic. Special mention to Mike, Vicky and Freddie as they always go above and beyond. Any questions or queries I have are always dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

Lift only let's items in so if you're on the first floor it's stairs for you, trolleys are tiny, car

Lift only let's items in so if you're on the first floor it's stairs for you, trolleys are tiny, car park is tiny and because of this the loading bay is tiny. Cant get to items when ever you want. Apart from that it's ok

One of the best decisions I made when moving house, was to get a storage unit. So convenient and easy to set up, and allows you to keep a lot of none essential items out of the way until you’re in and settled. The units at Smart Storage Liverpool are spotlessly clean, easy to access with your own personal code and alarmed. There’s sanitising stations around the buildings, and various trolleys to make it easy to move your items. Will use again if I need storage space in the future.

The service we received was 5 star from start to finish. Very helpful staff addressed all my questions prior to booking our storage and went out of their way to assist us on our moving in day. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend using Smart Storage Liverpool!
