Can't get hold of them on the phone. They've repeatedly cancelled my appointments. Messages left on theIr phone are never returned. I changed dental practice as I was so fed up. But they continue to send text messages to my phone - even though I've repeatedly asked them to remove me from their books! Disorganised. Unprofessional.

I have been trying to get an emergency appointment for weeks with no success. I have phoned them 25 times this week and they never answer, just goes to a recording and leave a message everytime. Left 2 voicemails and still no reply. I am now left with a raging abcess in agony and my bridge and a crown have fell off with no emergency care. Awful !

I’ve just had a operation because of COVID it’s took nearly two year because this dentist took my tooth out and because they had to take my root out. He drilled in to my nose, and the dentist said, I’ve never happened to me before, and he said my lining of my nose has come through my gum. And he retracted it called his colleague in and said it’s a blood clots. I’ve been on three lots of antibiotics. The hospital said they’ve never seen anything like it before. I’ve had to have lining of my nose fixed and the hole through my gum fixed. I recorded the conversation. And the dark haired secretary said. What would you like me to do about it.

Brilliant dental practice, had a tooth extraction today. The dentist and his assistant were both really welcoming and considering I'd never had any dental treatment before, they made me feel very very calm. The dentist was so fast as well at removing my tooth. Made the whole process very safe feeling and not scary in the slightest. Think I might make this my main dentists and I'll be putting my kids there as well. Definitely recommend them.

I honestly have the biggest fear of the dentist. I came to this dentist as an emergancy appt and Peter (the dentist) and Leah (nurse) made me feel so at ease. They answered all my anxious questions and gave me so many options. I came back today for further treatment and i honestly cant fault there service. If i lived closer and they had space on there books i would 100% come here. I cant thank you enough for your care and consideration. The girls on the front desk are so warming aswel. Thank you for the best experience ive had in a dentist.
