Thank you so much for your help today. I turned up in a complete panic that I couldn’t access my files (no I hadn’t backed them up) and everyone was so lovely and incredibly helpful - not only did they save my files but helped me pick a new laptop that was more suited to my business needs. I appreciated their honesty about what to buy as I felt they understood my budget and my business. Pleased with my new purchase and thrilled they rescued my files. A fantastic business to have in Keynsham and I would encourage everyone to shop local for the truly personal touch.

Great service always. They also have a business IT Support service which has been used by us one or two (or three, four....) times as well. Always ready to help at the end of the phone. Highly recommended for any small to large business.

I asked Smart Computers to provide me with a quotation for a gaming PC and to provide advice on relevant parts of the system. Their advice was very helpful to someone like myself who is ‘behind the times’ when it comes to the latest in all things ‘gaming’. The price they quoted was very respectable too. Smart Computers managed to replace the hard drive in my Apple desk top computer and save treasured information and photos. Extremely helpful and highly skilled. All this was done at a reasonable cost. I have absolute confidence in their ability an would recommend them.

We have had a computer built with the guys at Smart Computers in Keynsham and cannot fault their expertise, knowledge and advice. Toby was very friendly, knowledgable and really helpful to my son who wished to build a computer to help him with his computer science course. On another occasion, my daughter had an unfortunate "accident" with a bottle of nail glue, which spilt, into her Mac Book, which basically glued the battery and touch pad to everything else. Dean had the challenging task of trying to bring it back to life, which he did with great skill and determination. Dean kept us informed of progress and despite the huge challenges it presented successfully competed the job in no time. Our experience on both occasions was professional, friendly and efficient with fair pricing, we would not hesitate to return and use their services again. We went in to the shop just browsing and ended up buying 2 laptops and a very small tower system. We weren't sold to and were just advised with all our questions answered very professionally by Dean, he has a lot of knowledge! Their prices are very reasonable with great regular deals on PCs and laptops. Very highly recommend this shop.

I could not speak more highly of Smart Computers. They were incredibly helpful to me - a new mum at the time who had last minute tech problems before an interview. Smart Computers went above and beyond and I wouldn't hesitate to encourage anyone to use them, whether for a tech purchase or repair.
