We hired kilts for my brothers wedding. They supplied the works at a very reasonable cost. Kilts jackets shoes cufflinks etc. Everything in very good condition and the staff were excellent. No issues and very easy to deal with. Bought a couple of more casual shirts while I was there too.

Very good shop in the centre of the city with high quality suits in very good price. Very professional friendly and staff Special thanks to Sokol a staff member that helped a lot with his recommendations and went the extra mile. I definitely will be visiting this place again.

Staff were very attentive, friendly & polite. Suits were amazing - just wish they had more of a variety. Did manage to get my wedding suit there, though. Excellent prices for their shoes!

What can I say......needed to purchase a slim, small, fussy teenage boys suit for an interview in 4 days time. Slater Menswear you were fantastic from start to finish! A huge mention for the mature salesman Danny. He made it his mission to ensure my son got his perfect suit that day........took measurements and the tailor even made the required alterations at no extra charge. Quality, first class service, professionalism and keenly priced. An entire suit including waistcoat, shirt & tie for only £125. Thank you. Will definitely recommend.

Wasn't impressed with a member of staff. He told me to wait while he called someone 'upstairs' to see if they had item I was looking for but was actually just chatting away while I am stood hanging around in earshot......definitely won't be back. Went elsewhere and bought far more expensive suit where nothing was a problem for them.

Went in on Sunday with my boyfriend to get him some shoes and a shirt for his graduation. We were blown away by the customer service of one individual who we didn't manage to catch the name of (he said he'd started two weeks ago), and he was so helpful and knowledgeable and you'd never have guessed he'd just started - it seemed like he had been working there for years! Nothing was too much trouble and as well as being professional he was very chatty and friendly and made great recommendations. He also didn't use any pushy sales tactics and actually advised against buying a particular shirt in store that was more expensive and suggested going on their website to order a cheaper one. The store also had a good range and was very clean and the other staff seemed friendly as well, though we didn't directly interact with most of them. We think the man who dealt with our queries definitely deserves recognition and praise for his hard work and we'd definitely recommend and return to this branch - would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I visited the George Street store on Friday to buy an outfit for a Wedding. I was blown away by how amazing all staff were. Providing guidance and being patient with me. I left wanting to return and will soon. Thank you.

Excellent, loads of choice I was very surprised by the prices I had thought they'dve been putting me in the poorhouse but I got a beautiful 3piece black suit for under £150 they did all the alterations within 4 days and I'm delighted with the outcome, I will definitely be going back because as well as a great line in formal wear they also have some beautiful clothes just for everyday casual wear. BRILLIANT THANKS
