Absolutely shambolic law firm. You expect a professional service but in reality all you get is ignored. It takes several attempts a day to reach anyone in the team, and even then their response is of no use whatsoever. You would hope things would improve when it comes close to your completion day, but if anything, it gets worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even if they offered their services for free. Avoid like the plague.

i have had really professionally timely and efficient correspondence with Manvender Bhatti, he took on my case and was clear and transparent with regards to my case and options available and very realistic with regards to time line. Giving them a 1 star is generous. Where do i start!! Had numerous solicitors over the 4 years, I'm always having to chase them up as they do not ever keep you updated, got called a liar saying I had a fall when I did not have a fall they hadn't even bothered reading the case file. Finally settlement has come through its been sitting in their account for a week they said I would have it in 3 working days, today is day 4 and I get a call only because I emailed them saying that they have over paid another client with some of my money so they don't have all of my money to give me so I haven't been paid. The person isn't in tomorrow so I will have to wait longer , this will then be in their account for 2 weeks whilst I'm sitting at home in agony waiting for the money to get treatment. Go to another company don't waste your time with slater and Gordon.
