I went for tattoo removal. I took me an hour to drive there. first time I went in showed them what I wanted removing, they said ok we will book you in, ok fair enough. I went the second time, it's been sunny and your going to Newcastle we can't do it, ok but hard to swallow. But the women took photos of the area. third time going thinking I'm finally going to get test patched ( like I had at another branch), oh you have spots of tattoo missing from your previous three sittings that I have to send a picture away to a specialist to see, me, but it's getting covered with another tattoo, her, there are other clinics with better machines that would benefit you, oh and if you want test patch it's 50 quid. how about stick it.

Have been visiting for almost a year for botox and fillers and have always experienced excellent service and professionalism. Am consistently very pleased with my results which are nothing short of life changing for me. It costs me quite a lot of money but is worth every penny and, like with everything, you get what you pay for! I would not risk going somewhere cheaper to have these treatments with a 'beautician'. I am seen by a doctor every time and I find that reassuring. You can't take chances with your face!

I would have given 5 stars but my appointment ran late without apology, otherwise very happy with the consultation and expertise shown.

I've had a few treatments there in the last few years, always happy with the results of the fillers and the prices are better than going anywhere local, Iwork up there, so its no hassle to go there. Only downfall was that i had a mild skin peel, paid for 3 treatments, nothing happened, no change whatsoever, felt like that was a complete waste of money. Otherwise always feel I'm welcomed and looked after.

The staff are nice, friendly and professional. The treatment is just perfect.

If you test positive for Covid within 48 hours of your treatment they wont reschedule your appt and will take the treatment from you instead. I lost out on over £100 due to something completely out of my control.

I’m not one for writing bad reviews, especially given how difficult it has been for businesses during the pandemic. However the quality of care I received after a failed laser attempt at my birthmark removal was beyond poor. First of all, they are impossible to get hold of - I understand this has been challenging because they have been incredibly busy and they have since hired more staff. Maybe things are different now… Secondly, there is NO aftercare post-procedure. This does not bode well with not being able to contact them especially when you are concerned the wound is becoming infected. I eventually managed to speak to someone from the head office and was called into southampton for another doctor to investigate. This doctor advised strongly against CO2RE lasering for my birthmark (a congenital mole) because of concerns with skin cancer. I was very shocked and extremely concerned that this was not raised to me during my initial consultation. I personally felt like I had not been fully informed about the process was left feeling confused. In actual fact, I cried my eyes out while in the clinic due to feeling misinformed and nobody ever contacted me after to apologise or explain anything. So then I tried to arrange a meeting to discuss this issue several weeks back and have had no reply from anyone at the southampton clinic. I am so disappointed with this whole process because birthmark removal is a huge decision to make and it is also very expensive. To my knowledge, birthmark removal is the most complex treatment they offer, so you’d think more care and time would be put into the process? I’m also disappointed to have spent £100 on an initial consultation that clearly was not informing me of important details. As a result, I would not recommend this skn clinic.
