I was just diagnosed with stage 4 malignant melanoma (deadly skin cancer) and the doctor gave me the diagnosis as he was speaking to the receptionist. Furthermore, when I later called to ask for a receipt they promised they would email it to me in a day and three to four days after no receipt. I had to call them again and ask for it and they told me the manager would call me tomorrow between 8am and 10pm. Is it so hard to email or even scan and email a receipt??? Do these people have no professionalism? I was just diagnosed with stage four deadly skin cancer and this is how you treat your PAYING clients??? It is clear that only money talks to these people. Really you should be ashamed of yourselves for having zero compassion.

My mum went there for laser hair removal. They laughed as they would put the laser up v.high to deliberately cause a lot of pain. They also put the word prostitute next to her name. THE'RE saying if you want laser hair removal then your a tart. Disgusting. My mum not the only victim. My mum has skin discoloration on her body. My mum did not go back to finish the expensive treatments that she paid for in advance.

Complete waste of money and felt as if none of my concerns were dealt with in an empathetic or understanding manner. Paid 150 pounds to walk out feeling worse than I did before walking in.

I would give 0 stars if possible. All they want is money and you can sense it right from the get go. I filled in their inquiry form on their webstie and with 2 minutes I recieved a call back to book an appointment and the woman on the phone tried to book me in the same day. She tried quite hard to pressure me into making the appointment but I said I was unsure and asked her to walk me through the pricing. I had already seen a GP so I knew what treatment I needed and she quoted me £100 for the first appointment and then £159-£189 for treatment. I weighed it up and thought it was worth it. At the appointment I felt that the specialist was very impersonal and at the end of it they said that the treatment would cost upwards of £500. That was way to much and I was shocked considering I only made the initial appointment because it was within my price range. Now I would have to pay £100 but not recieve further treatment as it cost so much more than I expected. Feeling very conned and would recommend anyone with hesitations or tight funds to stay very clear of this clinic and their practises.

If I could I would give 0 star. Absolutely stay away from this clinic. I saw a nurse first who advised me to see one of the Drs to get a prescription for Melasma on my forhead. I did saw the Dr on the same day paid £100 and got a prescription which when I took to the pharmacy they said it doesn't exist!!. Then I went back to the clinic (because you can't directly call them and got no response to my email); same nurse told me that they would send the prescription to a pharmacy in London and I should receive it in 2 weeks (she asked me to pay another £75 for the prescription which I said I'd pay when I receive it). It's almost 5 weeks now; I've been to the clinic twice to see what happened to my prescription and still no response! Looks like the pharmacy was right and the medicine on my prescription does not exist, I just paid £100 to get a prescription that doesn't exist!!!

They seem fishy from the start once you call they connect you with a person who doesn't know what they are talking about and try to get as much money out of you if possible. Smells like a rip off from the start.
