Amazing. I had 3 microneedling sessions with the lead nurse, and it went extremely well. She was able to answer all my concerns, even from a distance (I live in France and had to email the clinic from time to time between appointments). On top of that, the staff is welcoming, the clinic is super clean and the customer service is excellent.

Would highly recommend, especially Jennifer - fantastic, very professional and friendly nurse. I was pleased with the results!

After a few years of going in between wanting lip fillers, and not being so sure, I finally decided to take the plunge. The clinic is super clean and stylish - and so much more welcoming than I expected somewhere like this to be. They were running pretty late for my consultation but I was informed of the wait as soon as I checked in, and the nurse was absolutely lovely. The consultation was super. Everything was explained to me in simple terms and the doctor made me feel instantly at ease. He really listened to what I wanted so I felt really comfortable. I was a bit surprised when he said he could do my lips there and then, but decided to just go for it. I was told exactly what to expect - from how it would feel to how they will feel for a while after while they settle. I am obsessed with the results, to the point that I’m just dying for people to ask me about them. I feel so confident. Thank you!

All the staff are lovely, especially Hayley who was my nurse. I have mobility problems and they couldn't have been more helpful in getting me in to the premises. Attractive and sparkling clean clinic. Accessible loo is a bonus. One thing I would have liked is a direct number for the Edinburgh clinic rather than having to go through the central switchboard - I just needed to say "I'm here at the (wheelchair access) door, let me in!"

Not sure if these reviews are joined for The Mole Clinic but I will leave the review anyway. I had a mole check a few days ago. Everyone at the clinic were very friendly and the nurse knowledgeable and professional. All process was explained clearly and I received a mole report literally a few hours later. The report had my pictures included, diagnosis and recommendations for the future. I was putting off checking this mole for a while and if I would knew that the process is so easy I wouldn't be scared and checked it earlier. Thanks for the lovely service.

If you like to waste your precious time then that's the best place to book appointment. Very incompetent place/people. I booked first appointment,waited months for it. Roughly 30 minutes before my appointment supposed to take place i phoned clinic to ask if there is any parking nearby clinic and that's when I've been told that my appointment has been cancelled. Apparently no-one could be bothered to let me know within two months of waiting for visit. Then i booked another appointment hoping they will not mess up again. I specified exactly what kind of treatment I'm looking for. How wrong I was... After first ridiculous experience I have had with them I decided to give them a call before I go there. This time i found out that my appointment can not take a place because it requires a doctor not practitioner (that they booked for me). I can't even explain how furious I am. Just to clarify- I'm self employed (no work- no money) so i wasted 2 days of work, months of waiting and nervs. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Friendly and welcoming staff on reception, fantastic nurses and Dr Almasharqah is a great man. This is a good place to go for any type of skin treatment
