I think they must have new owners and/or managers. I tried before Christmas to make an appointment and suddenly stopped getting replies. Just last week I made an online submission to make an appointment and no one got back to me. They advertised the service I wanted on their website and telling people to “get in quick to book” I commented to say I’d tried to contact them but no one had gotten back to me, they deleted my comment and just didn’t try and rectify it by actually asking me if I wanted an appointment or at the least apologising. Obviously they don’t want the business

I got a full set of classic lash extensions at the start of December last year and within the 12 days of having them the lashes on my left eye were all clumpy and lashes on both eyes looked messy. Before I got the lashes I was instructed on how to take care of my lashes which I followed and brushed them every day. I have been to a few salons around hobart and have never experienced clumpy lashes after 12 days. I know for a fact that it was due to poor application, I contacted the team via Instagram thinking I would get some sort of reimbursement or discount for fixing them but all I got was to pay $20 for removal and pay either a refill or new set of lashes. I paid $120 for a full set and thought it was unfair and asked if I could get half my money back… I haven’t heard a reply and it’s been nearly 3 weeks and still nothing. Since I received poor customer service and got nothing in return I decided to jump on here to give my feedback to the public I also don’t recommend this salon for lash extensions.

Prices were very high compared to other pedicures I’ve had but I was happy with the service
