I first went to Skin Doctors for botox to help with my migraines, Dr Saleena was incredibly helpful and I was so pleased with the results. I have been several times for various treatments now and everytime everything has been well explained and I've always come away feeling confident that it will look good. I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else.

They are not Doctors - the name is misleading. I did not feel they had the necessary experience or knowledge to be carrying out such invasive procedures so I decided to go to a medical professional. They are very pleasant but you need to be aware that they do not have in depth knowledge of dermatology or the procedures they are using. It was a very superficial consultation and the pro's and con's were not explained to me nor the likely benefits.

I have been having fillers and botox for almost 20 years. I have been to several clinics, like this one - all led by Drs. I do not agree with POM being administered by non qualified personnel and strongly believe the area of aesthetics should be much more tightly controlled. This clinic has very high standards with excellent clinical practices and I can highly recommend for the above treatments. Today I also had advice on the Obagi eyecare products and was prescribed the option that will best suit me. After using Obagi skincare "foundation 5" for 3 weeks I can already see an improvement in luminosity and overall appearance. Check out the skin of all the clinic staff, it is amazing without exception! Dr Saleena is delightful and a key opinion leader for most of the products she uses in the clinic, this speaks volumes about her ability. Thank you for great care.

Avoid this clinic, I am now scarred for life!!!! My initial impression of this clinic was good. The lady on the front desk was very professional and refused to do a treatment on my face for spider veins after my skin turned slightly white, she sought further advice from someone in the company more experienced. I was then booked in with the owner of the company. After my consultation he decided that I needed a treatment using a small needle with an electric current to treat the spider veins, he dragged the needle through the worst vein again and again, he touched normal spots on my face which didn’t need treating which has now resulted in them being spider veins which weren’t there before and I now have a large pit in one of my cheeks where he kept going over the area again and again. He even touched the needle on a part of my face which had no numbing gel on it and laughed when I jumped and said I’m just proving the numbing cream works! I had a really bad feeling about what my treatment was going to turn out like. I complained after the time that the scabs should have been gone and he asked me to give it a few more weeks to give it chance to heal and then go back if it wasn’t any better. I did go back with the large pit in my face and he just hummed and arred and said oh I’ve not seen that before. He told me to go over to the chemist and buy some hydrocortisone cream which would only cost me a few pounds (on top of the £200 I had already paid for my scar which he’d given me) the chemist asked me what it was for and then advised under no circumstances do I use this on my face for 6 weeks continuous as it would thin my skin and was irreversible if I did that. 10 months later, the redness of the scar has faded but if you look at my skin there is a chunk out of it. The clinic has made no attempt to contact me and basically could not have given a damn from the minute I walked back in to complain. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO STAY WELL CLEAR. At least when I had the broken veins they could be covered with makeup, now I have a permanent scar which can’t be covered with anything!

I have just had my first chemical peel with Abbie, and could not recommend her or the clinic more. She was really knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Looking forward to seeing my results from the treatment. Can't wait for my next one!
