Excellent quality and service, professional and friendly staff, my wife and I both had ski boots fitted, heat moulded etc, as well as trying on lots of different ski clothing and goggles, we were offered refreshments. They took the time to answer all our questions and we're very thorough with the fitting of the boots. Highly recommended we will be taking our sons to get their boots fitted. Well worth a visit as a wide variety of products, looking forward to going their again

Fantastic shop with an interesting selection of products /brands and great attitutde. What, in my experience, sets them apart is the knowledge, enthusiasm and downright (and nowadays almost rare) honest attitude of Simon and staff. I needed some spare parts for my boots; after contacting over a dozen shops in UK and EU and even Dalbello, I had lost hope. The SkiExchange was the ONLY shop that was able to get these parts (huge thank you to Simon who persevered for months to get these). Great boot fitting service - they’re thorough and take time to get the fit right. Simon is also always happy to chat about equipment and skiing so do pay them a visit if you’re in the area. Highly recommended.

Went as a walk in to see the Ski Boot selection with the view to making an appointment for a fitting.. Met James and he was able to talk us through the selection.. I was looking for a lightweight boot at a £300-£350 price level. He was very knowledgeable about the product and what impressed me most was his knowledge of the foot anatomy and the way the custom insoles I had made would benefit..my wife and I are trained foot fitters as work in the shoe business but his knowledge was impressive.. I have every confidence the boots will make a difference to my skiing.. Oh and we bought a pair Atomic skis as an afterthought.. One word of warning if James offers to make you a coffee… don’t chat to him as it goes cold while he’s talking.. Best shopping experience I’ve had in many, many years…

Having just purchased a new pair of ski boots from Ski Exchange, I have nothing but praise for the team there. They clearly have a passion for skiing. All aspects were covered in depth from my requirements, detailed foot assessment, fit and feel. Very much a two way open process when trying to find the most suitable boots. Professional and friendly, definitely worth the visit! Decent coffee too!

Thanks to the team at the Ski Exchange for setting me up with an awesome pair of skis, boots, bindings, and a coffee. There's a great inventory of winter sports stuff here at what I thought were definitely fair prices. What's more, you can tell these guys really care about what they're doing and make sure you're taken care of. Even if you're just thinking about snow or winter sports, I recommend you check this place out to set you on the right path. Cheers!
