Simply the best independent music shop going. Ridiculous levels of stock, something for everyone. Especially the rock fans. Feels like stepping back in time. This is how ALL music shops should be.

A mess of a shop. Dusty fingers galore! A wide selection of prog, metal, classic rock and hard rock within. This is really their focus, there isn't much of anything else except a few small bins. Mix of new and older pressings and a metric tonne of a bargain bin in the back.

Brilliant how second hand record stores should be.

I needed some extra cash so regrettably I called up and enquired about selling my CD collection and the guy on the phone said yeah bring them down so all good, I packed a large bag full and travelled down there When I got there I had to wait around for an hour or so aswell to then find out that the only CDs they take have to be immaculate, not a single scuff on them which was annoying considering the time I'd taken despite calling them up to begin with. But they do have a cool shop and a good selection.

Incredible selection. If you have the time sieve through the 50p ones under the tables. There is some gold in there. A must visit for any record collector and a incredible source for anyone only just starting to get into vinyl. Give it t a go.

No matter where I buy records around the world I always end up comparing the experience to Skellys, the first real record shop I ever visited (back when it was the old store in the early 80s), and still all this time later, nowhere has ever come close for the sheer enjoyment of rummaging through miles and miles of music to suit all kinds of moods.

I remember my late brother Tony taking me to Skeleton records some 40 years ago, he absolutely loved Soul and Jazz Funk music. He loved buying singles a Lps from there. Fantastic that you're still up and running........
