Skechers – Trafford Centre manchester

It's good relatively big shop. Prices are a little high for my liking but you pay for quality and that's what I like. Sketches are good if you are on your feet all day. I have 2 pairs n they are great on my feet. Will go there again. They also have a shop in Manchester Piccadilly.

Fantastic customer service from Imogen who is part of the management team, she kindly arranged an exchange for us due to a fault and went through the effort of seeking a replacement for us from another shop for us to pick up at the Trafford Centre shop. Very clean well presented shop with attentive staff.

Very good customer service. Staff were very helpful and patient - didn't mind when I had to ask for more/ different sizes & styles to compare. They seemed like they were genuinely willing to help.

Despite it being quite busy the staff did really well in serving me quickly. The lady who I spoke to was especially great given I had to ask for a different size twice; she didn't complain and for the shoes out quickly. Would definitely go there again.

Love it & come again few times because one of shoes last time time no my size but came again last week finally got it. I'm happy& very comfortable for me & my partner come again he brough it again. He happy fir his trouble feet & heel help him very much better. Myself too.
