Great brand I swear by them but look around for better deals on the same product

Staff standing around, asked politely for help, given cold snotty response, they then continued to ignore me even though it was clear I needed just a LITTLE bit of help. Needles to say I just gave up looking for the shoe I needed and left.

I now have foot cancer from the shoes

My friend and myself were helped by a wonderful young man , his name was Joseph, nothing was too much trouble, even to my friend trying on about 6/7 pairs of shoes, we did purchase shoes in the end.

RUDE STAFF I haven't even purchased anything and I will not in the future and the reason is only one: the costumer assistant was rude. Not extremely, but enough to make me feel uncomfortable for no reason at all. It was my first time in the store and I looked into the kid section a pair of shoes as i liked the model (for myself, yes) and I received only sarcastic questions from her like: "And you're looking for shoes in the kid section? For yourself? Ok...". It's not even what she said... but the way. I do not even complain when I am served the wrong food at the restaurant and I always try to be nice to everyone...but I can't stand the passive-aggressive attitude from someone that is supposed to assist me as a costumer. I deal with costumers everyday myself, even rude ones, and this is really not the way to do it. I honestly think she chose the wrong job.

Always knowledgeable staff in here that know the shoes. Yesterday, I stated a brief to a member of staff and we narrowed down to two different shoes more suited to my needs. Thank you.

What a waste of time😡😡😡😡 I’m an online shopper but went to go to the shop because of the time of the year. A young lady approached me inside while looking at the prices. I told her it was a bit high that I will buy it online. She went to her manager , came to me and said that they will match any prices online if I could find 1. My mobile signal wasn’t strong enough to load the needed pages and I decided to come back tomorrow. I came next morning and show the manager a price and he came up saying “oh we only try to match the ‘sketchers online shop’ and the whole online shops. VERY DISAPPOINTED I left and will never go back there.

One staff by the name of Fernanda stood out and she was very kind and helpful. Great customer service from her. I spent so much of time there and she brought me many shoes and guided me and my wife for choosing the correct shoes. She was very professional with her job. I want to say thanks to her kindness and I am happy for the company that there is a staff like her working at this store.

My husband costs me a fortune in this store but this time I came away with shoes as well, friendly helpful staff, makes the day seem brighter
