Sunday morning don t go there. I was trying to buy a pair of trainers ....I walked out after trying 3 pairs of trainers completely left on my own to open the boxes and took all the stuff from inside...I would have been fine in Primark or tkmaxx but in a flag ship?!. They were completely disorganized. I wanted to be assist all the way through my buying but the customer host was trying to serve 4 different customer s at the same time !!!! I m a big fan of the brand but I didn't expect a poor customer service.!!! Better to buy online.... no queuing, no waste of my time and no stress....
