Staff are clueless. Bought a pair of Saucony Jazz online and delivered to store. Got them home and not only are they the wrong size but an ex-display pair. This is evidenced by the fact the right hand shoe is 2 shades lighter and the nap (suede) was smoother through handling. Went in to store and some peroxide blonde young girl is trying to tell me they are never display shoes and they are just a "bad pair". I've been wearing and collecting Saucony for over 25 years and know when a shoes is a display shoe, never mind the fact the sole had "10" stamped on it when I ordered a 9.5. Got a replacement pair delivered and opened them in store to check, perfect shade symmetry, raised nap and "9.5" stamped on the sole heel. Showed the guy serving me and he as well didn't seem to know what I was talking about. How about you hire staff that know sneakers, instead of hiring Art School flunkies that just stand about waiting for a modelling agent to discover them. Won't be buying from Size again, will stick to retailers that know their business.
