A truly professional and slick way to rent a vehicle. The team @ Trafford are fantastic and from check in through to check out made the process simple, easy and transparent. The vehicle it’s self was cleaned perfectly, fuelled up and ready to go when I arrived. I couldn’t of asked for more when hiring a vehicle. Eddie was a real credit to Sixt on check in and made sure he went above and beyond to look after me. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I have rented a vehicle from Sixt Trafford Park and this will be the last time due to the service that was provided, I usually go to the Airport but I thought with Trafford being closer it would be easier... Unfortunately this was not the case, I had arrived on time to collect my hire vehicle and 30minutes into my reservation with the customer representative he only let me know that they have no Automatic vehicle available when my booking was for Automatic Only. This was a mistake by the representative on the day as he should have made me aware before arriving that there were no autos available so he did waste my time but luckily the branch manager payed for a Uber to the airport so I could collect an Automatic this was not a fault by the company but I guess the company need to take responsibility. Sixt are a great hire company but I would definitely rent from the Airport instead of Trafford just due to previous customer experience.

Highly unreliable never depend on this branch. I booked car by calling the sixt helpline on 27 Oct 19 and was confirmed a car and instructed me to go to branch in two hours. Once I reached there, I was told that we don't have any car so come tomorrow 28 Oct 19 at 1 o'clock. As per scheduled I reached there at 1 o'clock I found that branch has been closed and all shutters were closed. Then I rang Enterprise Car rental and got the car smoothly with no hassle.

I can't exactly recommend them. Yes, they get you on your way very quickly after arriving to pick up your van, but after I had returned the vehicle, I had been notified that there was a scratch on the drivers door which was a complete lie. Then a couple of days later I received another invoice totalling nearly £39 for what looks like "protection" which I didn't take out. This charge had been automatically applied to my card. I would recommend hiring from Enterprise instead as they actually have someone inspect the vehicle with you before and after you've hired it. Sixt will not be getting my custom in the future.

Excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent ! The service I received from Neil was truly five stars. As a long time Diamond member, I cannot remember the last time a branch was so accommodating and professional. If you’re looking for a car hire in greater manchester , look no further. Thanks again!

Be careful, very very careful when you take your rental they give you a tiny piece of paper with the damage on your vehicle, they do not take you around the vehicle. I did not video or take pictures of the vehicle at the point of collection... You must do this, I did see the damage and drove off. On the return I handed back the vehicle again no walk around at the time off dropping back, later an email indicating further damage. Even though on return I did do a video and the further damage was not there however next day when they checked it, it was. Some might think it a scam, some might think it poor customer service. Whatever you feel they are not exactly fair people to deal with. I would suggest you look elsewhere. I have a need for a vehicle on two more occasions before Christmas. I will not use this company.

I don't mind admitting that I'm a bit fussy when it comes to van hire and SIXT doesn't disappoint. The booking process is straight forward, the service is absolutely great, the vehicles are clean and new, the terms are clear, the Collision Damage Waiver is reasonably priced, there are no surprise costs that materialise at the rental end, and the choice of vehicles is very comprehensive. Hard to fault really and certainly a giant sized step up from the best of the rest. I recommend and I'll certainly be hiring from this site again. Don't bother wasting your time looking at other companies (like I did) - try this company first!

I can't recommend the Sixt Trafford branch enough! Excellent customer service and James explained protection and fuelling offers and even went the extra mile to ring me the day before and explain the documents I would need. I was in and out of branch with efficient and wonderful service, thanks again James!
