Outstanding service from Manchester Piccadilly branch! I rented a car over the weekend, and the whole experience from start to finish was great. The customer service from Ken was amazing. I was a bit worried about my lack of confidence with the language because I'm not British but He went through everything in detail with me in the check in with patience and kindness, and I also received a free upgrade with an outstanding VolvoXC60! The car was immaculate. I will definitely be back because the excellent experience gave me trust in this company. Thank you again!

First time hiring from here, and I must say Ken and Daniel have made the experience so nice for me, had the the car for a few days both lads have been extremely helpful, service skills were spot on, had a small issue with the first car, Ken fixed the issue immediately. Wow what a great experience! Mel and Ken not only sorted us out when we arrived early but sorted us an amazing upgrade on our car. The rental process was fast and simple and had no issues dealing with our Australian license details. I’d recommend Sixt over any other major rental agency and will definitely be back again in the future!
