Really reasonable deposit for the car, got me booked and on the road after a disaster with another company. 23 age limit, foreign driver license allowed. Clearly explained all the rules, no hidden fees. Gorgeous car!

Everybody working here when I was there (Fes and another whose name I sadly can’t remember) was outstanding. Not just good at their jobs, not just helpful, but friendly and funny and kind. Made what should have been a tedious and stressful experience an absolute pleasure. Five stars, would rent again, people make Glasgow.

Really good price for money and hassle free from start to finish. I was greeted by Fes, who delivered a great and quick service. The location is also really good as it is less than 5min walk from the train station. Will certainly use this rent-a-car again next time I come back to Glasgow. Thank you

Good cars, excellent service and easy to find. Highly recommended. Only one little remark for people who never drove a right-hand drive car before; you might struggle getting down seven floors on the narrow circular ramp of the car park.

This store doesn’t exist and Sixt don’t tell you this. Dire customer service when you try and ring them to find out what on earth is going on. They then tell you to go to airport to pick up the car despite all their emails saying to pick the thing up from city centre. They really aren’t arsed at the airport either, one of them Told us to cancel the rental if we weren’t happy, having come all that way. Cracking service! Avoid them if you can! Tbf they did refund our taxi from the city centre, hence a well earned star.

Pathetic service. No one there during opening hours to receive returned car. No phone number to contact them directly. Main phone number said it was closed during opening hours. Had to go back on Sunday morning to return keys. Only use if you enjoy employing people who don’t care about your time. RAGING

Really nice car for a good price. New Audi, well maintained with a brilliant spec. However, we had a nightmare with pick up, as pick up time I booked was from 12 midday, but the office closed at midday. This caused a lot of stress as we were flying into Glasgow for a holiday. Why would they let you book a car out for when they close ? Called customer services who were not offering a service on weekends due to coronavirus ?! Fortunately we were able to pick up the car after the advertised closing time and had a good time with the car. Drop off was easy, and in a good location.

Rented BMW car, the guy kept trying to upsell and confuse the customer infront of me. He told us how bad his managers were etc. It took 1 hour to get the car because they were understaffed. I took a video of the car then drove off for 3 days. Brought back fully fuelled and as I found it. Then I get an email saying I'm being charged £76!! For nothing, just a hidden charge. I blocked it with Amex. Then today they said I had damaged a rim and I would be charged, they include a photo, thankfully I have the video which shoes the exact same damage! Absolute scumbags. Disgraceful company, do not use!! Sixt Glasgow airport
