I have always found they make every effort to find emergency appointment slots. My wife was treated very efficiently earlier this year. Dr. Lotlikar made a rapid emergency assessment. She was immediately put on a drip for hydration and sent to hospital. He suspected sepsis which turned out to be true. His quick action more than likely saved my wife's life.

User of this centre for 7 years plus. Unfortunately. Always car parking available, waiting times always seem to be approx three weeks, far too long. Not open on weekends, not good enough. Sometimes the check-in touch screen doesn't compute your appointment. (rare occurrence) The T.V monitor that scrolled helpful health information wasn't there last time I went in, and the notice walls scarce of flyers. I find the staff at the reception desk helpful with all inquires and over the phone, apart from when I asked for a doctor that cared and they put me to the same one that I know doesn't. (they don't know their doctors) Helpful pharmacy directly next door. Throughout my time to get the earliest appointment, I'm plagued by a particular doctor who has had zero interest in helping me for over 5 years. If they could replace this one bad apple I would have given the place 3 stars. It's hard to be seen by the better doctors here as they are the ones fully booked. The nurses I've met here are nice, welcoming, informative and helpful. As annoying and long as the waiting times are, there is no further help advised to get seen sooner or to use any other service. I assume they just want the phone lines free. I just can't see the point in registering at a single centre, why? To die earlier?

Staff always helpful and efficient. I would have scored 5 stars if more appointments were available, however this isn't the fault of the practice, just the state of the NHS and some patients not attending appointments.

Pretty impossible to book an actual appointment it's always turn up at a time in the morning and wait. Waiting room and doctors room is very hot and stuffy which is horrible for babies who will overheat. Staff not always pleasant and can sound difficult when you are trying to seek medical help. Would never recommend!

This practice gets worse by the minute I've been with this surgery for years but getting to see the doctor you want is terrible as he's always on leave, you can average over 2 weeks for an appointment I've some times waited 3! Far to long in my opinion then when you finally do get to the surgery it's empty. Seriously do some research before joining this practice it's a waste of time. I too are now looking at finding a different surgery...

The absolute worst, told to ring up at 8am which i have done for the last 3 days and then they tell you there's no more appointments. Need to be urgently sorted out as what I have could potentially turn nasty, and they do not seem to give one hoot. No compassion or empathy when it came to help, even though I was visibly upset. The only good thing about this is the 1 really good doctor, all the others are dreadful and the staff are horrifically unorganised. Avoid like the plague, they do not care about their patients.

These doctors needs looking that?? yet again theg am pissing about with my prescriptions when i order them?? I order them and they dont get done... Also i cnt get to see a doctor??? 😡😡😡

Terrible service. Appointments are like gold dust and the reception are less than helpful. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

Absolute dreadful no appointments to book and staff lie and contradict their own rules in the practice, taken over a week to book an appointment with still no luck. This either needs to be rechanged into a walk in center or staff need to be replaced. No wonder the reviews are so low.

Awful practise. Can never get through over phone to book appointment which can only be done by calling at 8am. Would have avoided hospital / urgent care trips many of times. Staff are unhelpful and have zero compassion. How this surgery is still running I have no idea.
