Great doctors surgery on my doorstep. Incredibly busy though, I mean you can call between 8.30am - 9.30am to get an appointment same day. I called at exactly 8:30...... like on the dot... the phone system says I’m 14th in the queue! Couldn’t make it up! But having said that, when I got through they offered me an appointment at 9.50am or 11.20am. Can’t get any better than that. Great doctors, super long wait to see the people’s champion Dr. Goldwater (like a month long waiting list) but otherwise a great facility that accommodates as best as it can. I recommend.

Been my doctors all my life. All staff have helped my mum and dad for years, and just recently myself when I booked an appointment last week. Thank you to all the doctors and staff. Special mention to Janet and Dr Goldwater.

Today I had a blood test, met Nurse Jo such a pleasant experience, Thank you so much. But would NOT recommend Mrs Paul! On the other hand, Simpson house staff are helpful in general, so most of the GP doctors such as Dr Rozewicz, Dr Melone and Dr Hussein Seriously avoid Dr Paul, it was not only a useless visit but rather stressing, when I have waited to see someone and ended up being told, can't help you!

Doctor surgery is OK. Sorry to say but Dr Stella was absolutely useless in my last visit. She failed to do a proper examination nor did she ask even the basic of questions. Lets say for explanation purposes I had a rash on my leg.. She looked at it and asked if it was definitely something I didn't grow up with... Once I confirmed it wasn't, she looked at it again and said I'm referring you to a specialist.. Now other General Practioners would have asked questions such as: Did something come into contact with your skin? Change of soap powder or diet? Any new medication? What happened around that time? She didn't even ask what happened or how I discovered it. When I tried to explain over the phone, Dr Stella cut me off asking me to come in, therefore I assumed that she wanted me to go into more detail in person – boy was I wrong. To me it was quite obvious she didn't care. I addressed another issue with her and she didn't even bother to get up out her seat and have a look before brushing it off.. You know what they say.. Another day another dollar.. Next time I'll ask for Dr Goldwater - Nothing but positive things to say about him

I called to speak to a GP on behalf of my sister whilst she was admitted into critical care. The receptionist (I think her name is Poppy) was amazing in signposting me to their online GP contact services and arranged a prompt telephone appointment with Dr Goldsmith. He was absolutely wonderful with my sisters discharge/follow up care. I know she is in good hands with this GP Practice. Many thanks to the practice team in supporting her since she has moved over to you.

I’ve been at this surgery for over 30 years and they have never disappointed. Dr Shah is by far our preferred doctor at the practice as he is VERY knowledgable, professional and shows empathy and care to his patients. He has helped me, my parents and my siblings in some very extreme - minor cases and always has a direct answer to everything and doesn’t beat around the bush. If he has a concern, he’ll refer you straight away not like others “we’ll wait and see how you feel” and 99.9% his diagnosis & referrals have been right. For such a younger doctor, he shows a lot more knowledge & experience than others. Dr Goldwater is always an amazing doctor is trained in giving steroid injections for muscular injuries etc he was also the only doctor to know how to diagnose Pityriasis rosea having seen at least 4 doctors before that at the practice all calling it “fungal”. Janet at reception is always so helpful both over the phone, email and in person. Communication has been a little strained over the pandemic but that is expected.
