5/ 5

I feel so lucky finding this little gem in Casula. After my 1st visit for a massage & meeting Michelle & seeing the cleanliness & feeling the pleasant aura of the place, I knew I'd be a regular. I've had both the infrared sauna & the massage individually but prefer the "masauna" which is the sauna followed by a massage. On their own both services leave you feeling so relaxed & refreshed but when you have a masauna it's a whole other experience. The owner-operator Michelle is an absolute delight & a total professional. The facilities are in immaculate condition & always spotless. The prices are competitive & so far have found absolutely no flaw in any aspect of the services. With the massage, Michelle has the range to go very light & gentle to super firm & deep pressure. She has been very flexible in how she's accommodated me in regards to being conversational to being quiet during our sessions. I'm also a big fan of the instrumental background music playlists she has. It just adds another beautiful layer to the already excellent experience. I couldn't recommend this so very fantastic place highly enough. Do yourself (or any loved 1) a big favour & treat yourselves to this delicious (to the senses) indulgence.

5/ 5

I booked my wife a 60 minute massage session with Michelle and after she stepped out she immediately booked me a session too. My wife said she felt so light and rejuvenated afterwards and wouldn't take no for an answer. "You have to try it!" My session was the 45 minute infrared sauna followed by the hour massage. What a treat! I thoroughly enjoyed the sauna session. The room was private and the ability to play your own music over the sauna's speakers allowed me to set my own mood and reach a nice meditative state. It was my first time using infrared sauna and I think I prefer it over a traditional steam sauna. The heat was well balanced and didn't feel claustrophobic especially thanks to the open feel with the glass and excellent mood lighting. The massage following was focused on my very tight legs and lower back. Michelle found all the points that needed work and she managed to loosen some particularly troublesome spots. I asked for a deep tissue massage that Michelle did wonderfully. I could walk again without pain and tightness afterwards. We joked about Michelle having "magic hands" but I must say there's definitely some magic in her work. I'm still feeling the benefits. I will definitely be back for repeat sessions. Michelle was so accommodating, friendly, and professional. The price is excellent and the parlour is well decorated and such a lovely environment to unwind. Thank you Michelle for a wonderful service.

5/ 5

I'm so delighted to have discovered this home-based massage therapy and infrared sauna based in Casula. Michelle was welcoming and really professional and provided an amazing massage experience. I booked the combo infrared sauna and one hour massage session called the "Massauna" and I truly came out feeling relaxed and revived. It has a beautiful ambience and relaxed setting you get from a wellness retreat, and I also have to mention the fluffy robes that added an extra level of comfort and luxury. I can't wait to go back for more sessions and will be telling my friends and family about this little wellness oasis in Casula.
