Simply Pharmacy has been my preferred pharmacy in Toronto for more than 12 years. The staff are friendly and approachable and at every visit I am provided with quality service. Highly recommended.

Sam the Pharmacist is great. He sent me off to the poly clinic with his diagnosis which was confirmed at the clinic. Returning to the pharmacy for a vaccine Sam recommended other products to help with pain and discomfort and to boost my immune system. Honest recommendations along with suggesting I go to poly clinic today has meant I can look forward to a quick recovery. Thanks Sam for all your help.

I would advise anyone shopping at this pharmacy to hold onto their bank statements and receipts for years after . You will need to or can be falsely accused of not paying your bill. The staff member told me I had to show my bank statement to prove I had paid for my meds months before. Never received an account either for the ghost bill. All of this in front of other customers. I was able to prove I had paid the bill within half an hour, never received an apology either. I had never had any trouble at this pharmacy before, but me and my family will never be shopping there again after this disgusting treatment.

Got the Moderna vaccine by Jan today. she was very gentle and professional administering the vaccine. Jan went above and beyond today. Highly recommend visiting. Thank you Jan!

Sam, Greg and the girls at Simply pharmacy always greet me with a smile and go that bit further to make sure I have a speedy recovery and I’m never left waiting to be served. My son developed a skin condition over a year or so and we were having great difficulty in dealing with it, despite referrals to a skin specialist. The owner/pharmacist took time and care to look into the problem and prescribed a cream that he formulated on site. Two months on and my son's skin is almost clear. I can't speak highly enough of the service provided by all of the friendly staff there, great place.
