The staff is great, very helpful. I spent few months in this gym during the lockdown when gyms reopened. It's very clean, hand sanitizers are always available. The only thing I don't like about it is the layout, the gym is divided in different floors and can be quite confusing. The price is really good. They've got another location in Earl Place which is massive.

Great gym, has everything you need with a nice variety of equipment to suit all training styles. The staff are excellent, too! Paul especially is just on another level. He’s not just extremely good at what he does, but he’s very kind and super helpful to boot. Definitely the most impressive trainer I’ve met over the numerous gyms I’ve gone to throughout my time!
