1st class service from start to finish I telephoned to ask for somebody to come out to measure & quote, 15 mins later the salesman was on my door. I was very happy with the quote & a week later I have my wooden Venetian blinds fitted & they look lovely. Very customer friendly staff from the lovely lady on the phone to the guy who measured & fitted. Would deffo recommend & will definitely use again.

Very quick response, came out to quote the very next day after I called. Blinds got fitted couple of days later. We only choose the basic vertical blinds but it looks very good. Very well done.

Brilliant professional service from simply blinds. From first phone call with Lyndsey to arrange a visit for a quote to final fitting. Everything was perfect. Lee arrived exactly at time booked. Quote given day after visit. Lee gave all the information for us to make an informed decision, even suggesting we didn't get an extra that would only create dust. Lee returned week later to fit, again exactly at time agreed. Only took 1.5 hours to fit. Service was sleek and professional. Communication easy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. A massive thank you to Lee and the whole team at Simply Blinds, you have transformed our home! We reached out for a quote on 2nd June and, because we ordered some Venetians, the blinds were fitted on 1st July in every room. It took Lee less than 4 hours to do the whole job and it looks amazing. Lee was also going to take away the old blinds. Fantastic price, really good advice from Lee, who was open with us when we chose more expensive options where there was a cheaper alternative available, no pushy sales approach. When we called the office for an update at the end of the timescale we were advised we would probably hear within 4 weeks, the staff knew our order and situation immediately after we told them we'd paid a deposit at the start of the month. Simply amazing, thank you so much.
