I had an appointment with Nikki this morning and wanted to leave a short review. I think it's very important that more Google reviews are left for her so that more people can find her, just like I did! I've only ever had one Reiki treatment before from someone totally different so I was reasonably aware of what to expect. But this treatment was in all honesty more effective and within a minute or so of starting, I felt inwardly very overcome with emotion. Nikki explained afterwards that it was one of her Archangel guides "wrapping their arms around my heart". Whether you believe in all things spiritual (I happen to lean more on the believing side than not), there is no denying the literal shift and change of energy that I felt around my body. I said afterwards that at one point it felt like my arms and legs were trying to float up of their own accord. Turns out they were and she was trying to stop them to words of that effect! I think that because I'm an empath, it's not surprising that I really felt the effects quite strongly and I was also given some friendly guidance afterwards in helping to ground myself/look after myself more. Nikki is friendly with an empathetic (and calming) manner. Charming giggle too :D The staff who run the centre were very helpful in both pre-booking my appointment before and with paying afterwards. I highly recommend a Reiki session for those with even a partial curiosity in to what it's like and I will definitely be going back again sometime. Thank you Nikki and take care 🙏

5/ 5

I was first diagnosed with cervical ribs and a condition called TOS when I was just 22, the pain was unbelievable and has effected my everyday life, I struggled to lift, to make it into work, everything was an effort and a struggle. I had the cervical rib removed two years later, but unfortunately have been left with severe nerve damage and muscle pain ever since. After living with chronic pain for the last 7 years I was beside myself, I had tried every medication going, physiotherapy, a chiropractor, numerous doctors consultants, and still nothing seemed to work, I was at the end of my rope, After visiting the doctor again he suggested maybe to start having massages to ease the muscle pain, and learn to practise relaxation techniques, I came across Simple Serenity from a friend who said Nikki was really professional and was sure could help with my pain, After seeing Nikki on my first session I had a massage and explained my problems, she listened carefully and was full of support and advice, the massages have been a life saver to me and I couldn't be without them, I have had other massages at spa's and they do not come close to Nikki's, after the massages have been making such a difference to my condition , Nikki suggested maybe trying some healing as well as she was currently offering a free trial, I am not going to lie and say at first, I was a bit sceptical, and I didn't think the healing would improve my symptoms much as the hands on massage had, After the first session I really can not explain the feeling, I have never felt so relaxed and stress free in my life, it was such a beautiful pleasant experience and has most definitely improved my symptoms, I have slept so much better since the healing treatment, I feel more relaxed, and the pain has eased considerably this is something that I will most definitely be keeping up in the future, Nikki is professional and in my opinion fantastic at what she does, I can not recommend her highly enough, she has brought back my confidence and with perseverance has gotten me well and truly back on to the road to recovery.
