It's nice... I'm usually there from c. 7-9 am.. the breakfast is fine, nothing special but fine.. the juices are frustratingly warm so you will need to make use of the small amount of ice available. Seating is plentiful at this time and also reasonably comfortable. Proximity to the gate is generally good also. Generally this isn't a place you choose to go, rather you can and you do.. it's not the*best* business lounge, but it's certainly far from the worst too..

Food is average. Decor is nice not amazing. Friendly, helpful staff. Good size so not overcrowded. London pride bottles were a highlight for me as was the fast wifi. Too many outlets not working and food could use improvement.

A very basic lounge.... everyone gets in with Star Alliance Gold status. Very large and good seating capacity. Food is average. One interesting find is a Singapore Sling Ice Cream!

A very relaxing start to the flight to Singapore. Food was lovely, catering to the vegan and meat eater alike. Staff are super attentive and welcoming. Definitely recommended.

Small and quiet lounge tucked away down a quiet wing of Heathrow (just the two evening flights to Singapore when we were there). Food and drink selection was fine and it was easy to grab a shower.

One of the best business lounges I’ve been in, seats were well spaced, it wasn’t overcrowded. The hot food can be ordered via the app and is bought over to your seat. The beef curry was outstanding.

Don't underestimate the barman. He made a wonderful Singapore Sling. This is the only Star Alliance lounge opened near Gate B33. Food is made to order. Booze is decent. Service is angry. Besides the nice barman, the ladies providing service are grumpy. There's showers. I didn't use. Wifi speed good. Given lounge was largely empty.

Power points not working so difficult to charge mobile devices! Mediocre drinks! Etihad was much better!

United club is closed forcing united passengers to Singapore Kris lounge. No electricity. The toilets hand dryer is not working. Food and drinks are scarce. Hot food can be ordered by the ordering system is down.

Helpful staff and good food/ drinks. Good facilities.
