Asked for a trim but the person I had decided to use the thinning snips to thin out my hair at the roots! I'm not even sure why this was done as I've never had my hair thinned out this way & I only wanted to get a trim. I didn't realise that it was so bad until I got to my car & ran my hands through my hair! I regret not going back in to complain but they were so busy & the lady was very friendly so I felt uncomfortable going back in. But I know my hair is not going to grow back well, it's like I've had a crew cut spiky feeling all over my head & in a week or two you are going to see it if I try wearing my hair up!
