What a fantastic massage. Focused and exactly what I needed for my TMB, sore neck and tight shoulders. Genuinely feeling released and much looser even after 4 days. Lovely treatment room and very relaxed.

I had a fantastic massage treatment with Anna recently, she’s professional but also laid back and easy to chat to, and I felt comfortable straight away. I have tightness in my neck and shoulders, and Anna got into the problem areas using good pressure, but it felt really relaxing too! I slept really well that night. Wonderful, thanks Anna :)

5/ 5

I have a job which is physically demanding on my back and joints, and this has resulted in some painful and chronic posture issues. I am glad that I sought help from Anna. She is very knowledgeable and was able to identify and effectively treat these issues. There has been a marked improvement in my posture and discomfort, and also my general well-being as a result. Aside from her professional ability, she is a caring and empathetic practitioner who enjoys her work and the individual connection she makes with her clients. Highly recommended.

I've had issues with my lower back for 6 years now, Anna identified the issue in our first session, she got to work on it over a few more and, for the first time in years, I've been able to enjoy the gym / day to day life /sit at my desk without being concerned my back will "go". Thank you Anna!

Having had a niggling shoulder impingement for several years I decided to book an initial free consultation session with Anna. Within 5-10 minutes of chatting with her I was convinced that she was extremely knowledgeable in her craft. I booked a block of five 90 minute sessions (at a slightly reduced rate) beginning the following week. After only the first two sessions my shoulder pain was starting to ease and after the 4th session I was pain free. I have visited several massage therapists in Glasgow over the past 10 years or so and can say without hesitation that Anna has easily been the most effective. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Anna!
