My Grandson and his mum are renting through Signature and I have to say, they’ve been brilliant! Any jobs that have needed doing have been arranged promptly and they were really accommodating when it came to setting up her rent payment dates. Please don’t be put off by previous reviews, It’s hard enough starting out in your first home but I can’t fault Suleman and the rest of the staff, they’ve been nothing but polite and helpful.

shocking company & a sham!! wont give you your bond back and will give you keys to a house thats full of rubbish and wont do nothing in it for you. stay well clear of them!!!

I had a breakdown after the continued unacceptable and unprofessional way I was treated by this agency. They refuse to do repairs, they are underhand. They lie, they do not operate within the law and the way staff and the owner speak to you is outrageous. As a single female I was bullied and intimidated by this organisation. Don't just read my review. Read what countless others have said.

So i was interested in a propriety and they were rude over text so i rang them and no one answered. Then i returned there call turns out my mobile number is BLOCKED, so i rang them from my landline and still no awnser. Please shut down your business.

My Landlord is Zubair (He's Lovely) After the viewing, he called me to introduce himself. I asked for my Contract to add some things in regarding security needs, he had everything we agreed, added in for me. We agreed he would remove a cabinet, it was gone next day. I knew at that point, he would keep his word. I live in a Block of Flats. Communal staircase has a light left on for Tenants, to feel safe coming home late. We have a Handyman (Syed) & Cleaners maintaining our block. Office - When you walk in, you'll see Fatima. She is Welcoming & Friendly; helps calm nerves for 1st time renters. I go up to their office once a week, for my Electric, (Solomon also goes around the buildings often, selling Electric cards) I prefer to go when I get my Shopping (Tesco is across from their office) Unless you leave everything on like Blackpool illuminations, electric does last! My light was broken. They arranged an Electrician, now I have a new light. 💡😎 1 of my worries was the Staff would be intrusive. I noticed Solomon knocks & waits. I haven't seen him enter once. I had to get a letter for my claim. I called to ask on Friday, agreed to call in for it Monday, it was brought down to me same day! ☺ Zubair & Signatures, made my experience positive! 😄 I Love my Home. I was given a chance. ☺💖
