Signature Car Hire london

If you do not want to lose your deposit, then never contact Signature car rental company! I just read last review and understand Signature car rental not only deceived me. I also became a victim of non-refund of money which Signature car rental took as a deposit for car rental. They withdrew $ 1,900 from my card, but at the same time they billed $ 1,500; the difference of $ 400 was not returned to me. I called them and wrote to them, but they do not answer! If you do not want to lose your money - never contact this company!

Thieves....Seriously stay very away from this people....they give you one information then act differently upon return. I had been quoted price for 28 days and when I returned the vehicle I had been told that they will charge me £100 extra for not keeping the van for 3 months which was never into the agreement nor into verbal communication. On top of this they called me next day after my return and told me that they have found hole in the middle seat which might be due to smoking ( I don't smoke and this is a lie as when they checked the vehicle upon return they said its all fine in and out) and they billed me over £500. They charge me hundreds without my permission to my bank card and told me I can go to court if I disagree. They know that it'll cost me more to go to court and I'll drop the matter. They are literally thieves. Positive reviews are of their own or from their own people. If you don't believe me then try yourself. All the best.

My husband hired one of your Mercedes for my birthday weekend in London. When the car arrived we found to our absolute delight that it had been upgraded to their top Bentley Flying Spur! I later found out that this was because my husband was going to propose to me later that weekend- and obviously I said yes- and the the team at Signature had known this and very kindly upgraded us. I can't recommend Signature highly enough- they are a company that know how to deliver first- class customer service! 5 stars!!

My husband hired an Aston Martin to take us away on a weekend trip for our anniversary. The car was absolutely stunning and he was thrilled by the experience (he's always wanted to drive one!). The car was beautiful and dealing with the staff was a pleasure. I would recommend this company to friends.

I have used Signature twice now and have been thoroughly impressed! They clearly look after their cars which are immaculate! This is matched with a high level of customer service, really friendly team. Already checking out their new cars to see which I can hire next!!

The van and customer service were both great. Nicola provided really professional,friendly,quick and helpful service. The van was working well. The price as a young driver was good as well. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars is I was anxious when I dropped the van back, because I know they were going to check for any super tiny scracthes that can't be avoided,where other companies do not care about that sort of thing. But in my luck, everything was fine.

Horrendous service. Failed to respond to emails until chased, failed to source a car for us in spite taking several pieces of proof of identity and assuring us that there was a car, failed for a full 24 hours to tell us that they were no longer able to provide a car (in spite of several messages) - was eventually let down by the receptionist who had 'overheard' the sales administrator say the previous day that they had been unable to get the car. Left us in the lurch at very short notice. Definitely do not recommend.

If you are looking to hire a van this place is absolutely marvelous! The van itself was very tidy and looked after. The prices are affordable. Signature vans are the best company for rentals so far that i have experienced. I fully recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be coming back, thank you.
