Have been a patient here now for a number of years and have never been disappointed with the care or quality of care I have received. I have been impressed with the quickness at getting an appointment (with any GP) however, it can be a bit of a wait if you want to see a specific GP. I can usually get an appointment the next day for an appointment with any GP. The nursing staff are also very friendly and professional. I do however, find the reception staff at Dr Sharpe, Putta & Burns side to be quite rude and unhelpful which is off putting but given the crisis GP surgeries around the country are in i think this is a fantastic practice.

I have always found the various Dr,s that I have seen to be very polite friendly and helpful, do not rush you out after ten minutes. Yes they run late but would rather have that knowing you can explain what you need to and not feel they are click watching.

Jackie at the reception is brilliant but one of the new GPS from the green practice is rubbish so glad my carer was in at the same time and she heard everything she said and GP never even told me that my bloods will go high cause I've got diabetes n had to get steroids don't even think she knew my history at all. All the other GPS are good.

They don’t take appointments, I have seen receptionist leaving the phone ringing or disconnecting without picking it. We praise NHS for their help during COVID but this place is a sad contrast.

I've been with Sighthill Green for 36 years. It used to be a brilliant surgery. Could phone and get an appointment right away. All the doctors were nice and the receptionists were also superb. Since covid it's went down hill big time. New receptionists that act like they are the doctor. Receptionists never give out their name but you have to tell them your's and everything that is wrong with you. What happened to doctor and patient confedeniality?? My partner phoned from 8am got an answer at 12pm and was told to phone the next day after she had to change her shift. Her eye had been infected for 4 days which was over the weekend. I was recently given a warning for asking the rude receptionist for her name which ofcourse she refused. There are 2 lovely receptionists but the rest are horrible. Even made a complaint to the manager so will be going to the health board as it hasn't improved at all.
