Best massage we have had in Canberra and perhaps Australia. Gorgeous place with tranquility atmosphere, though we were getting massage in the busiest Lonsdale street. Masseuses adjust pressure according to our needs on different certain area which we found it is quite awesome. Good technique, skill and movement sequence. We found something new in every visit here with different types of massage we have had. Parking at rear and private sauna session at end are a feature bonuses. You might want to get book ahead for a sauna session as we were once did not get it due to the big demands. Wow, we just cannot recommend them highly enough. From the happy long term customers, cheers.

One of the worst massages ever! Response: Im very surprised that you have come all out blaming the client without listening to them to check what happened in detail. You haven’t even mentioned your name so give me a name and number to call on to discuss this further. I’m not going to take down my honest review purely because you think its not right for you. Went tonight unfortunately and Lady doing it had absolutely no idea what a massage is. She just wasted the time to cover the one hour. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money I’m a regular client of other places and I KNOW what a proper massage is. Even after giving her feedback what to do she still changed nothing and went on with wasting the rest of the time. I am hoping the management takes action and refunds me the money I have wasted tonight!

An amazing therapeutic experience with the Siam Refresh (II) package. Not only was it relaxing, it helped released those nagging knots. I had a brilliant massage therapist who knew what my body needed in order to be relaxed and refreshed at the end of the session. Friendly staff at the reception is also greatly appreciated. I will definitely be coming back - I think I have found my “go to” place.
