Will was incredibly helpful and talked me through the various sizes of storage, enabling me to choose a unit larger than I needed so that I could take advantage of the £1 for the first month offer. He then showed me a couple of units and allowed me to choose the one I preferred, which was on the ground floor. A pleasant surprise that Shurguard's customer service surpasses any other business I have used!

Very glad with the service in Hayes. I went there on Monday to rent a storage unit and eventhough It was nearly closing time the guy (Valter) served me very happily and helped me choose the right storage size. Very impressed with the service. I would recommend Hayes Shurgard to everyone else :)

Its storage. Clean and secure. Very friendly and helpful staff.

There was a robbery of many units. Many customers affected. Shurgard kept this hidden from their customers. Customers have lost all their possessions. Security is More than inadequate and staff are incompetent. The pathetic low life robbers will be caught and Shurgard will pay for negligence! You can’t hide this forever.

All the guys at Shurgard are very effecient and help you through any difficulties you may have booking a unit. If you are thinking of using self storage then try Shurgard as your first port of call. If you are looking for storage in the Hayes area then ask for Valter he is very helpful.
