I've been going to Shreya for waxing and threading (body and face) for over a year. I always find her polite and her services professional. She always does a great job with my waxing and threading. I find it difficult to find salons which do great eyebrows shaping and body waxing and have never been displeased with the results of Shreya's work. She doesn't rush and is thorough. I also feel comfortable at the salon and feel the environment is friendly, welcoming, and non-judgemental and I'm at ease. I'd recommend her to anyone especially for hair removal either for the face (eyebrows, upper lip, etc) or body (legs, bikini, underarms, etc).

Awful haircut. When my hair was being cut I noticed that the stylist didn't section off my hair the usual way but I didn't say anything. I left the salon with what I thought was a nice haircut, she showed me a video of my new cut too but after straightening it I realised it wasn't right! It looks like my hair has been hacked with garden shears, so disappointed. Needless to say I won't be using this salon ever again.
