I have never visited the warehouse, I place all my orders online. The choice of products is huge and the prices are really competitive. The order processing is fast and I often receive my deliveries before the expected date. Great customer service too; on the few occasions I had to contact them, they were always extremely helpful.

If there was a zero star that is what Shonn would get. The staff are the appalling, very unhelpful, but the management are even worse, they are disrespectful to their own staff. Shouting and bickering with each other in front of customers. Don't believe the prices on the hand written cards ask for special discount or just website prices as you can just buy online for cheaper. Then wait 4 hrs

Shonn Brothers is by far the best discount wholesaler we work with, great prices, great customer service and staff are always friendly and come say hi when we visit their show room. When you visit the showroom you go in and usually greeted by couple members of staff. They will take you round and show you the stock ( everything is priced up for you so it nice and easy to work out prices ). if you just want to have a nosey they welcome you and if you want to place an order they always happy to help. There is no high pressure sales or anything like that. Once you place your order you have option to wait for it while its being sorted or you can arrange a delivery. I usually wait for the order to be placed, as most of you are probably aware that when you place an order with a supplier you normally have to wait ( at least ) 3 working days before before you see your products. I have seen how fast their warehouse team work and they always manage to sort it on time for me :) Also have a good working website which is updated on a regular basic. If i could buy everything they sell i would but at moment i just looking for warehouse to store everything in :)

Hands down the rudest staff I've ever experienced. They don't answer your emails. The guy on the phone sounds like he really doesn't want to be there. If he were my employee I'd be embarrassed. I called up enquiring when they would restock on paint. Bear in mind it's been months at this point and I've phoned twice before and gotten different answers from him. This time he told me it was covid related shortages to which I replied "Last time you said it was Brexit, which is it? Do you have any information at all?". He then ended the phone call saying "we don't have any in stock end of story goodbye" and put the phone down. Not going to be putting any more money in their pockets. I've found a supplier that can keep the products I need in stock and they don't make me feel like my business is unwelcome.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE - THE GUY I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE, ABRUPT AND COMPLETELY UNINTERESTED. I politely rang and asked if they possibly had anymore of an item in stock, before I had change to state which item, I was cut off and told there was DEFINITELY no more in stock - So, they couldn't even be bothered for a 2 minute check - Terrible attitude, I would definitely avoid a business who treats people this way - Shocking
