5/ 5

I've been a regular visitor to Hounslow's Shoe Zone for a long time now. I simply love the Softlites range. The Hounslow branch is staffed by friendly and efficient ladies and gents. Once Hounslow was renowned for its many shoe shops, not so these days, but Shoe Zone must rate as the best value around the area.

Went on Saturday, with my neighbour, and had a lovely experience. My neighbour recently became bound to a wheelchair, and was finding shoes for his son, we were met by a lady, whose name I did not catch unfortunately, who was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, and very efficient. Honestly just wanted to put in a good word! Good shoes too, the recipient found them very comfortable.
