Shoe Embassy oxford

We were attracted to step in this store on 10/8 because of the good design. The clerk was a girl with high passion, great smile and service. We were so impressed by her enthusiasm. We didn’t buy the shoes from her because we needed to hurry for the train. However, she still gave us the name card and said we may shop online or other shops in London. Then, we went to the shop in Greenwich and bought the shoes, but the feeling was not as well as that in Oxford. We wished that we bought the shoes from the Oxford shop girl. She is really great and friendly. Highly recommended to buy Shoe Embassy in Oxford.

Amazing shoes! They look good and feel so comfortable! They are very quick at responding to emails about problems with orders, and even delivered a replacement for an order of mine that had gone missing the very next day! Very pleased with this shoe shop.

Order online to avoid! No shoes, no refund, no update, bad customer service... I ordered online a month ago and I still haven't received the shoes which could be fine by me if at least I would have an update. Unfortunately, I contacted their customer service multiple times and got a very generic reply: "I have passed this information to the store to deal with for you. Best". I requested to cancel my order and get a refund 2 weeks after my order, and made an official complain. They finally ended up saying that the shoes are out of stock and asked if a wanted another model. I ordered the shoes for a specific trip and asked for another model if shipped within 24h or a refund. And again, no reply, so I requested a refund. Time and money wasted. I probably won't hear from them again, and might get my money back after a long legal process...

I have 4 pairs of shoes from Shoe embassy. I am very happy with the quality and design of the shoes. The staff are always really helpful for me. Definitely a store I will keep purchasing from in the future.

Prettiest shoes ever in a style you won’t find twice. The ladies at the shop were extremely friendly and accommodating even to children who obviously wouldn’t become customers in the next 10 years. Great bargains as well. I definitely recommend it!!!

I ordered online a couple of weeks ago, my beautiful boots arrived 3 days later! They are absolutely glorious!! Although we're in lockdown I'm still working, and have worn them this week. Everyone who has seen them have been amazed by them! Incredibly comfortable! I think I'm in love 😍
