I can't highly recommend Shizuka Ryokan enough. My stay was just what I needed to allow myself much needed time to relax and reflect. The accommodation certainly provides a very authentic Japanese feel and the ambience within the whole resort complements the whole Japanese aesthetic. The food on offer is also very good quality and some of the best in Japanese cuisine I have had. The packages on offer are well worth investing in. They are uniquely deigned for your individual needs. Will definitely like to visit again in the future.

A beautiful, serene Japanese setting with healthy delicious Japanese food. The service was impeccable, particularly from Haruna. Her kind and helpful nature was above and beyond. We’d also loved Yu’s (the chef) cooking it was so fresh, flavoursome and reminded us of being back in Japan. We had a shiatsu massage and facial that were relaxing and the perfect add on to our stay. Would definitely return!

Came here for the first time with my wife for her birthday today... Catherine and all the staff were soo polite and the facility was absolutely stunning. My wife and I had a beautiful Shiatsu massage, followed later on by dinner and drinks. You truly feel peace and calmness when you're here! Thankyou to all the team here! We will be back again one day. Bless you all, Mark
