Absolutely diabolical. I booked an appointment to have some blood taken for tests on 13th August 2019 at 1425. I arrived at 1340 and let them know I was there. At 1450 I was still there and still hadnt been seen by anyone! This was 25 mins after my appointment time - disgusting service no matter how busy they are. I had to cancel it due to seeing my solicitor at 1500 in town. My last but one visit a couple of months ago, I had an appointment to see the dentist above the surgery, followed by an appointment to see my GP 30 mins afterwards. Unfortunately for me I was just 2 mins late at seeing my GP and they cancelled it. Double standards or what. They have too many patients with too little staff to cope obviously Very annoyed !

I am so sad that this doctors surgery has really become a nightmare. I received a letter from My designated doctor 26th July asking me to make a telephone appt. I did this online. I was given the date of 7th August at 7.30 pm. After waiting patiently last night for a call none came. I telephoned the reception the next day who told me I didn't have a telephone appt booked....Well presumably no telephone appt was not showing as the date and time of the supposed call had passed. Today i could book an actual appt for 14th or 15th August or a telephone consult for 20th Aug.? A bit bizarre to say the least.

Every time I need to go there for some medical help, they are giving me such a hard time... waiting ages for appointment, waisting time waiting 1 hour after. Receiving letters from NHS saying that I need to go there to speak for my address, going there and 1 week later I recieve another one saying that they gonna remove me from the list of the GP PRACTICE. UNBELIEVEBLE!!!

If i could i would give a 0 star rating. Patient of the practice for almost 40 years and never seen such unprofessional, diabolical, disorganized service. Every few weeks there is a new receptionist in training. Apart from two lovely and courteous ladies at the front desk all others are very rude and patronising. You would be lucky to see your own doctor after 4 or 5 visits. Absolute disgrace of a medical centre.

I've been registered with this practice for a few years now and can honestly say that I've never had an issue at all. Everyone I've seen or spoken to there have always been lovely to me and to my partner. My partner was very ill last year and we completed an econsult form and she was seen the very same day, thank goodness, as she was rushed to hospital and they saved her life by reacting quickly spotting her thyroid condition. Since my cancer diagnosis last year they have been very nice, especially the Nurses who deserve so much credit - Fiona, Carrie, Stacey

Poor service 10 minutes turns to 40 minutes to rectify their mistake on a prescription. Turn up for appointment; i was texted to make and get ask what you here for??? Really! Then get told don't have time when you explain a problem, so how can they state what is wrong? So you ask to make a complaint and they say must be in writing to The Manager, OK can I email due to your covid rules, no OK so made as difficult as possible. Very poor. They cause mental issues to get worse.

Unless you have the patience of a saint, you’ll be easily put off by what is obviously undereducated, undertrained admin staff who could easily be substituted for toddlers who can’t add two and two together. Not to mention they are incredibly rude and unprofessional to the point where even the kindest and most understanding patients will lose their rag with them - trust me, I’ve seen it happen more than once.
