I have been a patient at this practice for over 50 years. In all that time the care I have received has been second to none and it continues to be run on a sympathetic and caring basis. I appreciate the service I receive.

It's what I expect from a surgery. The longest wait to see my family's doctor (not just a doctor, but the same person every time) has been 3 days I think. Excellent relation with patients. All in all, perfect!

The rudest receptionist! I called earlier in the evening about an appointment for my son was told to call back if he got worse I rang back and explained that he had gone down hill for her to tell me ‘well it’s a bit late to call back now isn’t it we’re about to close’ how helpful she was! Should not be working in a health care environment clearly does not care! How about a polite I’m ever so sorry we’re about to close can you call whoever I’m supposed to Call or give advice on where I can take him’ what a disgraceful person to speak to me on the phone how she did when my sons crying in my arms this was 18:25 Monday evening! Don’t tell me to call back or give me the opening hours if your going to answer the phone and be rude to patients!
