Really friendly staff and management. Wide taste options on both veg and non veg dishes. Most importantly the clean and friendly ambience for a family dinner. BTW don't forget to try the chicken donor and mango lassi

Good food and quote reasonably priced. The mix starters could be better but still OK for the price you pay. Chicken Donner is something you can't go wrong with in this place. Been coming here for about 18 years now but one thing I've always realised is the service which let's this place down. Staff definitely need to go through some good training. Serving a jug of coke for £6 which is always flat isn't a good idea either, 3rd time in 2 months I've had to return it and got more expensive small glass bottles of coke.

Staff was very cooperative. Really liked the food. We visited on friday evening and lady on the first floor was very cooperative, give us plenty of options as i have to kids who do not like spice. Wonderful food, will go there again soon

Best lamb chops around! When ordering Lamb Chops there is a wait of 25 minutes but it is well worth it. 4 pieces of lamb chops in a portion so you really are getting value for money. The chicken donner is nice too however I'm afraid to say it comes out slightly cold which is a shame because when it is warm it tastes unbelievably good! It can be really busy on a Friday or Saturday night and it is difficult to find a parking space right outside or at the back of the restaurant. Overall good experience and with little tweaks it could be 5 stars for me.

Places our order for our food over the phone spoke to chap called Sid told him in the past some of our details have been wrong which has then spoiled our experience. We love the food that we were coming back but order had some items missing or the order was just wrong we were actually really thinking of not going here anymore because it kept happening Sid was fabulous, professional and made sure our order was spot on. thanks Sid. restored our faith Food was excellent definitely coming again .

Would recommend anyone without any doubt. Excellent food , good ambience and great service by Loyal Gorge. The spices and flavors were extremely impressive. Overall, I enjoyed our experience. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner.

Good food as always, service bit slow could do with investing into bigger premises to accommodate demand

Very nice food. Very good service. Was very happy and satisfied with my order. A waitress known as samina was very good at providing us with our food and other utensils. Very good service. Very good worker.

Food is lovely service is awful placed an order through the Shimlas app food not delivered till well over 2 hours which is appalling
