Excellent service. Lost my ticket,no name. I phoned to explain, staff tracked down my item- which must have been like a needle in a haystack - and kept it to one side for me to pick up. Brilliant service.

The shop front window has been smashed for the longest time. Not only they have not fixed it but there is not tape over it nor is it taped off. Zero regard for public health and safety. My 4 year old cut her hand on this very badly while running past it with her cousin and tracing the wall with their hands. Will be reporting to council. Edit for the owner: I know it’s been broken because there is a picture on here from 4 months ago with the smashed window, I stoped using you after the first time i tried you about 2 years ago. Glad for your reply though. Will send that to the council too, shows your understanding of health and safety requirements better than I could ever prove. That needs to be boarded up and I’ll make sure it is. Also for anyone reading, this is the level of service and courtesy you can expect from this guy so use with caution.

Gave a white tuxedo shirt in to clean, it was not even dirty, and when I went to collect it the collars were dirty. When I questioned them, they offered to wash it again. But it was still dirty. Made up excuses , we’re not understanding and have no customer service. Never will be using them again. I still had to pay for it.
