Only stayed two nights, but it definitely was a highlight to our trip. Castle had very classic features with its Cylindrical turrets and well kept grounds. The food was delicious; especially at tea. Convenient location near rail so you can quickly travel to Glasgow. You can actually see the stop from the entrance. The rooms were extremely clean and unique as well, with the large bedroom and tiled, high ceiling bathroom. Rhubarb pie was sweet and sour, well paired with the vanilla ice cream. Salmon was moist, tender and flaky. Perfectly cooked. We were fortunate to be present during a wedding ceremony and celebration afterwards. Excellent wait staff. Very helpful as well when deciding what to do in the city.

Attended this venue for a wedding. Really beautiful building. Staff were outstanding, very efficient. The food was excellent. I didn't stay overnight but many others did and I think they were more than happy with their rooms and breakfast. I was certainly delighted with my extra portion of veggies!! Thank you so much!!

Really nice hotel in Glasgow. Location is not perfect if you want to walk so transport is needed. Car park is restricted. We stayed at the apartments outside of the main buildings, there were of a good size. The restaurant and service was very good. it can be busy if they have an event on. Staff were cheerful and friendly. Worth a visit.

I never write reviews but I feel compelled to complement the staff of this hotel! We pulled together a dinner for 130 people in about two weeks, constantly changing things and checking in about details. George and Claire on the events team were wonderful to work with. Gregor and the serving staff worked incredibly hard the night of the event. All our guests loved everything - the food, the venue, the atmosphere. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you. Scottish hospitality at its finest!

From the moment we arrived we just loved the building, the decor and the wonderful staff team, nothing was a problem, always smiling and courteous whether it was 8am at breakfast or 11pm in the lounge bar. The room was spacious, very comfortable with a huge bed and a fantastic shower. Can not recommend Sherbrooke Castle Hotel enough and when we return to Glasgow will certainly book here for ourselves and our family.
