Very rude staff, he dont know how to treat customers. My friend he asked for 4 redbull then he changed his mind and asked for another 2 redbull, he refused to bring and start arguing saying without any reason I can't serve you, just because we asked for another 2 redbull.

After arriving back at Heathrow Airport 2 hours late due to a delayed flight, I dropped in to buy some milk and a cup of coffee. Despite being a 24/7 garage, the door to the shop was locked and the members of staff seemed ignorant and uninterested in my custom. This store gets 1 star because of it's convenient location and I would expect a lot of taxi drivers wanting to visit this garage for fuel and cups of coffee during their shift, day and night. Perhaps the staff at this store need some training in basic customer care cos their attitudes suggest they lack in basic customer service skills!

Far too expensive to be a regular stop! It's not a motorway service station but is priced like one due to proximity to Heathrow. Always full of uber, minicab drivers clogging up the spaces. Staff are friendly and serve you as quickly as possible!

Petrol station fine but I'm giving it a low review as I bought a litre of engine oil in here for £22. I know Airport/motorway stations are expensive but £10/litre over the going rate for oil is outrageous. They are ripping people off. Daylight robbery.

Night staff rude and ignorant. Waited to be served for 10 minutes staff member walked in and out of back of shop 3 times looked at me all 3 times then stayed out back. While que grew we all ended up walking away , disgusting service

I needed petrol and found this place on Google maps. Shell stations are my favourite, this example was a fine one. Clean, shelves packed and neatly displayed. Happy to give them all stars as they deserved it. Thank you.

I like shell petrol stations. They have everything needed to make a journey a happy one for all. The loyalty points get me loads of freebies, making the trip even more special. I got a free travel mug the other day. Go well, yes we shell.

Suprisingly reasonably priced fuel considering its next to an International Airport and the M4/M25. And one of the few shell stations where the cashiers actually want to have a chat, despite the queue behind and you wanting to get away on the road. Will use again if needing to fill up a hire car from Heathrow.

That's fine, could be more clean. Gloves and tissues free and exists for everyone. The workers were absolutely ok. No any special complaints, but this is not outstanding or exceptional ...

Staff at shell are so friendly! Never disappoints!
