the girl who is working on the morning shift and is on till most of the time has the worst attitude ever . she could not stand the customer and she would order the customer rather than be pleasing . i hope they would take it to consideration when they hire because some people dont deserve to have job

Charged me twice claiming the first one has declined and your bank will charge you once. Then after two days I phoned her to clarify she said sorry but you have to contact your bank to get your extra charge back. Just awful and rediculous.

I only come to shell so I can collect points. My mechanic suggested I use shell and not supermarket fuel. Any the chat said he couldnt scan my card and so wasnt able to give points. He suggested I ring up the call center and doit. "No" I said. I had try that before and it takes forever. He then suggested I come back with the card. "NO" I said Iwasnt doing a 5mile round trip to add the points. So he then switched on the other terminal and SCANNED THE CARD!! In short he just couldn't be bothered to switch on a terminal that worked and rather I waste my time. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Wow..... I think many people will agree that the guy who works the night shift is past incapable of even pumping fuel never mind dealing with the public

Pretty good for recharging the EV although I wonder how exposed it is compared to the forecourt.
