I didn't receive the shell+ voucher after spending £40.00. I questioned the Asian lad behind the counter who has a stylish beard in his late 30's and he said I have to purchase Vpower to qualify. After correcting him he said that shell can withdraw the promotion. Questioned him again and he now says that he has no vouchers. So unprofessional and I have made a complaint to Shell. See what the outcome is. Horrible person is how to describe the attendent.
