Shell edinburgh

Fill up the car here occasionally with the V-Power Diesel as a "treat" for the car. Higher price to be expected but generally a better quality of fuel than what you'll find in the supermarket filling stations. Staff in the station have always been friendly. Yet to try the Shell app to pay by phone.

Update 15/2/19 That's the second time this week that pay at the pump hasn't been working. This mornings chap couldn't care less. Sort it out please! Not impressed. I used to fill up here every week. Filled up after work on Wednesday. The shell app still doesn’t work (since refit) and the queue was 6 deep (added bonus, one of which was doing their weekly shop!!). The other staff member was stacking the shelves rather than serving. (Wtaf) Please sort it out!!!!

Terrible service! Staff I meet today very, very rude! I never seen s.thing like this before! Never go there again!

Prices change constantly. Never have products people actually buy. Overpriced is an understatement. In this shop the other day they couldn't even accept money as the store had no change. I live within a minute of this shop but everytime I go there's another reason why I have to go elsewhere. Staff are always drinking coffee in your face. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything other than petrol.

They're closeing pumps with normal fuel and they're leaving customer without choice... V-power only . Happens always before weekends CustomerService are rude as well definitely not recommended

I walk past it on my way to Morrisons, it seems nice and well organised.

This morning whilst visiting this garage my partner went in to grab some things. A guy that works there, probably 24-34 with balding blonde hair has on multiple occasions made predatory comments to her. Today he asked to take her for drinks and when she refused and said she had a partner he said so did he and that “we make our own destiny” and then when she walked away he looked her up and down and said “bring me something next time” ??? Unprofessional and down right predatory. We are filling a police report as this isn’t the first time and we have sent a complaint to head office, my partner is terrified to enter this business again as she has expierienced this sort of behaviour before. IF ANY OTHER WOMEN HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PLEASE SPEAK UP, FILE A POLICE REPORT AND MAKE HEAD OFFICE AWARE.

Weird scary angry homeless looking guy that I have bumped in to at the seafield garage. Empties the buckets and cleans the pumps. Well again very angry this morning for some reason. Must get shipped around. Think he was muttering and shouting I could not get fuel from that pump but clearly I could!

Bad customer service telling me don't use phone what the hell Prices very high don't go there again
